Annual South Carolina Spring Camping Trip - Page 14

I struggled with the idea of starting a new thread but decided to keep this one at bay !

Ok...Camping Trip is on! Yes my lovely wife Kelly has agreed. Within the next couple of days I will be posting logistics and etc, plus ideas on what you peeps would love to do, see, and eat.

First topic on this agenda is the date. My 10yr anniversary falls on 5/24/13. Due to some tentative travel plans I need to have the current chosen weekend of the 19th to be changed. So, lets talk dates. March, April and prior to the 19th of May is open. Lets take a poll of dates.

Also: Here is the low down on amenities: 2 acres of camping, plenty of parking space! two toilets and 1 shower. In customary fashion I will plan two breakfast, a dinner, and a friday welcome night snack or such depending on when people come on in. I thought of renting a porta-poty for the weekend as well. Anyway, let me know about dates and we will discuss the rest.

Either is good. I'd think April would be warmer though.

Anyone else wanna chime in about the dates? Hope everyone is doing well! Sad I missed a great luncheon in Ridgeland. So lets talk riding. What's an acceptable amount of miles to munch on while on a camping trip! I am getting excited about this and planning your yard work before everyone's arrival. BTW if anyone is around and wanna stop before then let me know. Ciao and Happy New Year.
