In 2013 The Dutch BMW GS Club will organize The International BMW GS Easter Meeting.
The location for the meeting is riding, party and outdoorcentre Klein Oever in Balkbrug. http://www.kleinoever.nl
Balkbrug is a small town in the province of Overijssel in the northeastern part of the Netherlands.

The organization is planning for a varied program.
Camping or sleeping in a covered wagon, scenic routes (both on-road and allroad) or training, good food and a BBQ, an evening program and much, much more ...
More information will be announced soon on the Dutch BMW GS Club website.

The weekend starts on: Friday, March 29, 2013
The weekend ends on: Monday, April 1, 2013.

I looked through the thread, but am not clear when we can sign up to attend. I am hoping to bring a passenger, so would like to secure a place to sleep, as opposed to camping.

What's the typical weather there on those dates? I'm kinda tempted to visit, but I'll probably be have to ride through snow for the first couple of days :-D

@Thinc2: there will be room inside the farm, wooden cabins and "Sahara" tents. As soon as the organization is ready a link to the sign up form will be available.

@mbravo: typical weather conditions at the end of May in the Netherlands are from snow to +30° C. We really can't tell. It's unlikely there will be to much snow to ride. I guess the German highways are clear of snow also. Poland I don't know. It would be an honor to receive a guest all the way from Russia! If you need any help just let us know and we see what we can do.

@all: the location has been tested and many of the routes have been checked, road and offroad. It looks very promising. We hope for good riding weather and many happy guests.
