Nothing, but after 2 hours of me riding it to exhaustion, something's bound to happen

I raced the 640 once but the 'tard riding it wasn't thinking when he stopped at a gas station and topped off the tank to a full 7 gallons 5 miles from the track. 15 minutes from the end I couldn't hold on any more

Michael G. it looks like I joined up here a few months before you. However you have posted a few more times than me. I think you were born to flat track!

Mr Z I presume?

The last time I raced Flat Track a highsiding KTM495 flew over the bars of my Can-Am 560 missing my face by too few inches. No where near as fun as racing Toni and the 200's on my XR200R.

You need to bring back the Triathlon.

Rode about 30 miles to Gormans Garage to have doohickey surgery this morning. The patient is resting comfortably and will be released in the morning.
18 degrees this morning, heated gear is great.

Isn't there a switch or headlight electric issue too?

Think that is only on the first generation, if the hi/lo switch is flipped to slow or gets stuck inbetween, it pops the fuse.

Science, I did the subframe bolts, only have to do the bottom ones on the 2 gen. There reason I asked was I had two left over and thought maybe you might need them.

If the new KLR still has glass fuses might look into upgrading those to ATO style...
