No, patent granted. Goldwings have had an air bag option for several years now. Last I heard, which was a couple of years ago, it had been credited with saving three lives. All were similar incidents, a cage pulled right out in front of the bike. The air bag deployed and stopped the rider from impacting with the cage.

#1 is a 1970 R60/5 , #2 is a Kz400 with Knight body, #3 is ...uhh well it started as a 1978 cb400. Now its a 450 with Marzocchis front and rear, etc, etc etc

That's exactly what it's supposed to be. Something that will go wherever you want, but still fun to ride when you get there. It's shows how far ahead of the market those bikes were when they came out originally.

What tire is that on the front? It looks like a Kenda Big Block, but what size?
