Aftermarket exhausts for DR650

Been looking around on eBay and elsewhere for DR bits and I keep seeing various FMF exhausts for the DR. Are these sorts of mods worthwhile (FMF, or generally)?

Do they do much for the performance of the bike, and if so what are the downsides? I note some promise to be quiet whilst improving power, etc.

The only true quiet options are the stock can or a slip-on from a bussa/gxr.

I have a FMF Q4 and it's not quiet.
