Fernley Olinghouse Rd. Area
I have ridden the area west of hwy. 447 out of Wadsworth. It was a long time ago. The east side is Rez land. The Indians
think it is theirs. Too bad....the area along the Truckee river is real neat. Eventually the Tahoe bicycle trail will go through there all the way to Nixon. The area behind the Lions club MX track / Vets cemetary off interstate 80 is easy to get to. Lots of sand.

This is a good time to own a URAL perfect conditions. Too bad it's buried still in the garage.

Never saw over 51 even in Furnace Creek, the camping warm spot with no riding. When leaving the campsites in the morning the temps were 44.. Dropped into the 30's with wind at night.

Of course the heated vest made the riding comfy..
