Not to be on a soapbox...but I am proud of how many people go to rescues to get their pets. Knowing their fate, if they are not rescued, has made me never even thinking about going to a puppy farm. Can't save them all, but at least we know we do what we can. Happy New Year folks.

Rescue is the only way. Prolly why I dont have a dog yet, German Shepherds are rare and are gone in a few days.

My current boy was a rescue and I support the NELR ( New England Lab Rescue) and we are looking to adopt a sister for him this spring.. |

Since we are talking rescue, we got her.
 We were sitting a pit bull that was sick. The owner decided to put her down. Broke the wife's heart. Found Bailey and were sitting til they found a home. Now our home, and the wife is happy!
