Well Ben was the only one to show up


Weather turned out nice for the day. Got progressively warmer & the roads dried
Still lots of grit but the fear of black ice was over
Pre-ran a route to a future Polar Bear Destination
Stopped @ the Schooleys Mountain General Store for a pitstop



Then finished up @ the destination (Long Valley Brew Pub)


Thanks to Ben for riding along today

Super Flu.
Curled up in a ball for 3 days running a 102 degree fever
Drank a bottle of dayquill and worked friday. Another Bottle for Saturday work.
Satturday night some sorta rash on my back. Chineese Wonton soup and hot mustard felt much better.
Been coughing like a seal last 3 days.
A bottle of nyquill on tap for tonight.

Hope that everyone got a flu shot. Definitely works to lessen the attack. This year is one of the worst flu seasons ever. Still not too late to get immunized.

And if you are over 60, you should get a pneumovax shot as well.

I did get one. I have a stomach virus of some sort. Haven't eaten since last night. Been tagging the toilet all day.

i went for 5 days in a row the week prior to new years w a constant 103 fever, day five on new years eve decided it was enough and went to the dentist because i had a strong pain in my jaw area ever since the fever started, turns out i had an infection all along caused by prior procedure years ago, couple stiches later i was good to go, then 2 days later i got that same bad flu ....im all good now, hope you guys get better soon
