That is a pretty nice looking 78. It looks like it was ridden little but maybe stored outside. The rear springs should be black not brown. The 78 is the only year of that style (72-78) that has Tahitian Red painted fenders instead of chrome and black springs instead of chrome. Most of them also have a metal headlight bucket instead of plastic.

They also have a black header guard and black brake pedal. Some 77s have those and some don't.

That statement may actually be true. Dunno if I've ever seen a more fukked-up KLR, and I've seen some doozies

And to top if off, he wants $3995 for it
