Review
I received my pair of singles today.
2 days from phone call to on my doorstep, impressive. These lights are substantial, I was really surprised when I opened the box. The beam is very tight and sure does punch out there. I have explored a lot of lights and have never seen a LED that has this kind of throw. It goes to show that the reflector is where throw comes from and this light has a reflector like none I have seen. I will report back once I have them wired up and go for a ride. The wiring harness is much more stout than any other harness I have seen. It comes with nice watertight connectors, fuse, switch(not sealed) generally really well put together. I did find the wires from the relay (sealed by the way) to the light to be short for my installation, which is on the crash bars. ![]() ![]()

Good info Rusty. If I get these lights they will also be going on the engine guards so plug and play wire length would be good, as would a sealed switch. Looking forward to your ride review.

Nice LED driving lights.
Is the PWM dimmer available yet? Does the bracket (shown on your web site picture) that's mounted on the LED come with the kit? It looks to me like it will swivel. If this is the case will it swivel, so as to make the mounting point location on the back of the housing instead of the bottom as pictured? Thanks!

I actually shortened the wires because I thought you where mounting them to the lower triple clamp .. Sorrywhat length do you think they need to be? I really like the location. what crash bars are those and did they have a mount location already on them?

The mold has been delayed a bit on the PWM dimmer circuit board but it is moving along and should be available very soon. This will be a handle bar mounted on/off and 50% dimmer function switch.

My bars are Altrider. I TIG'd on some mounting tabs, I know, that's cheating.
For the harness, I don't know if there is a right length. I need about 12" more on 1 side. It will be no problem to add some where I need it. I'm not sure it's worth adding any cost to the switch, I'm planning to trigger the relay off my high beams, so the switch is extra. I would offer a good switch as an option. I should have them wired up soon, I will report back soon. Rusty B Kennewick Fire Dept 2013 IBR Rider

Its about time.
Finally got the handle bar mounted dimmer setup. I'll get one installed on my personal bike and get some photos. Looks like we have clear skies here in Seattle for a few days so Beam shots and comparisons coming your way.

The other lights I was considering are Dually D2s. How do these lights compare to them in terms of light output (distance/width/brightness)?

The D2's will put out more light close to the bike than the single LR, But the long ranges will shoot out much farther (approximately twice as far).. With the dual Long range in a 20 deg there is no comp in light output or distance.
