Tool tube size???

G'day Weld86,

Please can you confirm the size of the tool tubes that the brackets will accommodate? I looked on your website and you say the tooltube is 3 1/2" in diameter, but at the start of this thread you say the tooltube is 3 1/4" diameter?

The outside diameter whrere the strap clamps is 3 1/2". The inside diameter is 3 1/4" they are listed in the parts catalog wher I purchase them. Thanks for catching that.

I've been forgetting to post this:

The "DR650" Tool Tube bracket I purchased fits our DR200 perfectly, and should be listed with the DR650. I dunno about the DRZ400.....

It is a nice piece of stainless steel that, while it costs a few $, works well, looks good, and therefore seems well worth the dough I spent.

Weld86's bracket is a quality piece. Mine is mounted in an unconventioanl location, but works fine:
