If you are talking summer roads, Inuvik NWT is the farthest north. The winter ice road goes north from there to Tuktoyaktuk.

I did a big trek up there in 2011. Wife joined me and the boy when we finished. We then drove our Toyota camper on the Dempster as far north as we could drive. This picture shows where the ice roads start in Inuvik out to Tuktoyatuk, we took a plane out there.
Near the arctic circle... eagle plains. Looking pretty feral with the caribou antlers we found on our trek (saw hundreds of caribou at Wrights pass in the NWT). And yes the antlers are in our house, waiting for my retirement cabin in central BC. Went last summer to paddle 500 miles on the yukon river... Someday I plan to ride my Beemer up there (too much to see and do. Too little time .... Sigh?!?) I love the Yukon.
