1973 Honda CB350 - project bike
So the boys I work with have their hands full (at least for TODAY!) and aren't showing the enthusiasm towards the little CB350 that I'd expected. Perhaps if it was warmer - but for now things are lackluster in this department.
That being said, I'm going to try and get it down the road to free up some funds to put towards other projects that we're working on. Thought I'd toss it up here to see what might come about. '73 Honda CB350, currently a non-runner. I don't think it will take much to bring her around, honestly, but we've not invested one second in it as of yet. Will need the works, likely including carbs yanked and cleaned, brakes reworked, valves adjusted, clutch adjusted, chain, etc....all the usual stuff when you're bringing one back to life. Just over 2400 original miles on her. All original tools and owner's manual still under the seat. Tires are good, but old. NO MUFFLERS - just the header pipes. I've had tons of great feedback/suggestions from other ADVers on which direction to go with that, but we've just not had the time/funds to pursue it. Such is life. Forgive me for the whacky lighting; it was late and dark, but I had to grab a few pics so that's what I have for now. Clean title on this one. Going for $750 on craigslist, but hoping to get $600 from an inmate. For a bit more, I'll include the full set of Bates hard bags and fairing that came with the bike. We're over on the west side of the state. Regularly get to GJ, Montrose, etc., so other options might be there. Take a peek and let me know what you think - thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Reminder: It isn't necessary to quote a previous post including a bunch of huge pictures just to offer a few word reply... It clogs up the thread quite a bit.

For sale: SOLD!
13 ft^3 Kenmore chest freezer, originally $300 from sears. We used it in the garage and has always worked without a hiccup since purchased. We took it out and cleaned it a couple of weeks ago and now it has that stinky freezer smell and the outside is a bit dirty but it should clean up nicely with a little effort. Asking $75 here. I can help deliver around the metro area for the cost of gas. Olas screwed with this post 01-14-2013 at 06:39 AM |

Hyper, I had the same situation with a hitch and ended up putting it in clist for free and was run over with offers to pick up. I ended up giving it to a guy who had the same van I did.

Logitech Bluetooth Boombox $80
Bought this recently, was loud and clear. Very loud.
Don't ask, but I was going to mount it on the motorcycle on the fairing. But alas, found out that when run on straight internal battery (rechargeable) the volume drops off considerably. No problem says I, the AC adapter puts out 12v, I'll just use a cigarette lighter cord to power it. ![]() Well, I did. And running on direct motorcycle battery, it IS louder, but the bass distorts horribly. Screw it, this ain't gonna work. ![]() My loss is your gain. I paid a little over a hundred with tax. Selling it today with all of about 5 hours on it (Christmas music ), perfect condition, with the box it came in, for $80.I just don't want to drive back to Target. Works perfect (when you use it as intended), and really has great sound. Automatically pairs with your bluetooth phone. ![]() ![]() Hit me with a PM. Dave
