Just found your RR, enjoyed it very much. I live in Missoula and like to ride into Idaho whenever possible, as well as Montana. Thanks for the great photos and write up. If you are ever in my neck of the woods and want someone to ride with don't hesitate to give me a shout. I also have room / tent space / garage, truck/trailer, if you are ever passing through and need it.
Cheers !

Very nice RR. Rode much of this route last summer just as you were posting.
The fires were some hotter!
Thanks for the pics and great report!

Just stumbled on this - nice ride on a small bike.

The Lochsa has been my back yard for the last 30 years but mostly on the water. Regret I have ridden the motorway - hope to change that soon.

Great job connecting the dots - what did you use for trip planning?

Nice Job...

Wow, Hardware Ranch. There's a name from my past, Last time I was there was in the winter sometime in the late 70's snowmobiling and checking out all of the Elk. Hundreds if not thousands of them. Love the western states. Nice RR. Simple, great pics, informative.

Great ride report. I live near Boise and used to live in Lewiston. Idaho is a great place for a dirtbiker to live.
