Is Legal Speeding still in business?

I purchased one of their Park-n-Move products and it is falling apart. I have emailed them with no response and I have called and no one answers...

Me thinks somethings awry...

It's been a good product and their website states it has a lifetime warranty. But, huge chunks of the casters rolling surface are falling off, making it unusable. Won't roll with the weigh of the bike on it.
With any product, it's only as good as the company backing it.

I hope you have better luck.
