Jesse Luggage photos from around the world
I felt like I should post my experience with Al Jesse's customer service. Last summer, I left NC on a business/monkey business trip across the US. I finished work commitments one Wedsday in Boise, ID and had nothing in the appointment book until Saturday morning in Seattle. I spent that evening in Joseph, OR (one of my favorite spots) and got an early start Thursday morning. Riding over to Pendleton, I was exiting the Wallowa Mountains when an opportunity for a nice photo was spotted. Focusing my camera for the shot, I literally watched my GSA fall over, it's kickstand sinking in the soft soil:
![]() I had to chuckle at my situation when I saw the forgotten sticker on the bottom of the Jesse panier: ![]() I got the beast righted but noticed the "lolly-pop" frame clamp, near the passenger footpeg, had broken. It was not a ride-ending problem so I mounted up and continued on my way. Arriving in Pendleton and having cell service, I called Jesse and told the service tech about my problem. His response was swift! "We have the part in stock and will overnight it to you. There is no charge for the part but you have to pay the shipping fee. Let me make certain we can get it to you overnight and I'll call you back." Less that five minutes later, he called saying FedEx could get it there and he was packing it as we spoke. I had the new part in my hands the next morning. What great service!!! Mike |
