iPhone 5 hard wire cable

Has anyone seen a hard wire lightning cable for the iPhone 5 on the market yet?

We are barely getting car chargers to the market. I'd modify one of those if you can't wait.

I understand Apple is not licensing the Lightning cable design to accessory developers. You're going to have to wait until Apple gets around to it.

There are legitimate third party chargers now. Have been since November. But something like a hardwire kit from a typically small niche company would take some time to bring to market when the cost of the license goes down.

Do what I did, and just get a regular car charger and a 12v outlet. I'm about 29 bucks. total for the charger and outlet.

Just add a 30 pin adapter to your iPhone 4 cord and you are good to go. I use a Powerlet cord and adapter.

$30 for an adapter and won't work if its in a case.

That's what I've been doing but I want a direct cord with no adapter.

I installed a USB power outlet and picked up some extra power cables with lightning plugs from FleaBay. It tucks up behind the plastic on my DRZ.
