Yeah, yeah... I've got two tags in winter limbo right now.
I'm thinkin' it has a little something to do with all of the white stuff on the ground, both snow and salt.
This tag wasn't even all that far north, and it's on a numbered state highway fer cryin' out loud.

Next week we are supposed to have a few days above freezing. Maybe I should go fetch it myself and leave it in downtown Manch?

Thank you for resuscitating it. That was just one day short of being stalled for a month.

Excellent new tag too. I know exactly where that is, as I already had that on my short list of places to use in the future.

Those pumps looked familiar. Found this.

Historically, winter and any amount of research = long tags.

I just figured out that Mike (mpg_gw) just flipped those two tags on the NER web site's version of the NH TOR.
The gas pumps were the old tag in that TOR and he left the Sutton tag as the new one!!

What a two timing tagger!!

I have done that several times in the past as well.

I also used the gas pumps on the Motorcycle Tourer Forum for their "The New Wind Card Photo Tag". It is a themed tag game so the next person had to get either an old gas pump or an old coke machine which was also in the photo. Someone from NC went out the next day and grabbed that one. That is a fun tag game since riders around the country are playing it.

One more hint, since it's winter and all...
There has been a previous NH tag in this same area, at the end of a rusty old bridge.

It was sunny and 45 when I set out...now it's all cloudy and cooler. Nice to get my first miles of 2013 in.
