Sounds like a tough day with altitude and weather. Great that Pyndon fixed his electrical problem so fast. Hopefully he gets a decent nights sleep and a good stage tomorrow.

I hope Pyndon was able to get a good nights rest. Even without being in the biv personally you could tell he was looking at his sleep pad while talking with us on the phone. Really special he takes time to bring us to the Dakar with him. :

If anyone thought it was too late to help Lyndon out a bit with a support package... it's not! We're still shipping them, and he can still use the help!
Speaking from experience, coming back to reality to find out that folks have helped you while you were on the race is meaningful at both a personal and financial level- the hole isn't as deep as you thought, and you know that what it meant to you was understood by others. Back to regularly scheduled programming...
