Las Vegas BMW rental.
Flying to Vegas a day early for a meeting on feb 11. Thought it would be a great way to see some different scenery before getting stuck in meetings all week.
1. What are some good rental places there? Any reccomendations? The one I found (eaglerider) is closed Sundays and I would only be able to ride until about 2pm on Monday. 2. If I can work out a bike, what are some great areas to head to? Thanks!

Kurt will help you out. Tell him Braxton from WV says hello. The Death Valley ride was amazing.

Thanks for the feedback.
I will give Kurt a call. Since I arrive just before lunch on the 10th and "report for duty" just after noon on Monday the 11th maybe I'll look into a ride out to Death Valley or the Grand Canyon, spend the night at a cheep hotel, then wind my way back in the morning.

My bad. My main concern was locating a BMW specifically so I thought that was the apropriate forum. Lesson learned.
Thanks

This might be too late, but....
You are not going to GC or DV. Too far. Stay local. 1. Red Rock Canyon on the west side of town. It is a 13mi. loop of fantastic views. 2. Valley of Fire State Park just north of Vegas. Well eat up 3-4 hours. 3. Out of VofF link up to Northshore Rd to Hoover Dam. Park just before the dam and walk up to the Bypass Bridge .Enjoy Vegas, tell my $$$ hello.

I had breakfast at the Crowbar, made it to Badwater Basin and was back in town by noon.

Yes, you could do Red Rock and DV loop in a day.

When you guys speak of Death Valley, are you referring to the National Park? Looks like a great ride. Not one I'd do in July.

Yes Death Valley NP. I spent some time there last July. At least it was a dry heat.
