hard starting G650 GS
My 2011 G560GS has been a great bike untill now. When its hot it becomes very hard to start. 7,800 on the clock, today on my way to work I rode around 30 miles, stopped to pick up a coke when I came out I almost killed the battery trying to fire her up. Sadly it has been gettin worse.
Any remaps or updates I may have missed?

I have the same issue, from all the research i have done it seems to be a decompression lever. I have spoken to my local dealer and they claim not to know any thing about it.
I did find if it doesn't start within a few cranks drop some throttle onto it and it will fire (Only happens after very small trips and after getting fuel)

Steamy Moose: your dealer or service manager is an idiot or a lazy mfer. BMW released a work bulletin on the decompression level months ago. Find a different dealer.

I would clean the fuel injector, todays ethanol gas really causes problems with the BMW FI.
