    Still not the S3 giddyup.
    They changed the cams and the mapping of the 1050 motor.
    Cams and mapping are the difference between the 115 hp of the 11 Tiger and the 11 S3s 130hp.

    Cams and mapping? S3? I am so ignorant. Do I need to get an arrow muffler and a new cam? I have the mapping software already.

    It got a little worse as I rode North, so Tomc made an executive decision to head South. :D

    Yes it was a foggy but fun ride.

    ...but it can't be all bacon all the time (or can it?) - in any case, I dropped the Delmar Tag at Helens:

    Stopped at the Smyrna Royal Farms for a coffee, met some cruiser riders who told me that Rt 9 was impassable because of high water: I took this as a personal challenge to the GORE-TEX guy:

    That was the deepest water I've ridden through! The water flew up and over the windshield - the whole bike was soaked, as was the outside of my KLIM gear - but inside I stayed dry thanks to you know what....
    The water was dirty and salty, so the Tiger - and myself - got hosed off when I got home. It's probably not good to ride through two foot deep salt water on your bike....
