Thanks, looks like it's a stocked trout stream under that bridge
![]() I should be considered a non-player in this game, too far away and too technologically deficient (have to take a pic and come home to post it) to slow down a game where you guys seem to actually get out and play. I enjoy watching and seeing new and interesting places to check out though. I watched the video also, very cool. Nice wheelie. |

Please don't think you are going to "hold up" this, or any other game(s) because you can't post from the road. Grab it and run! ![]() I can post from WiFi spots with a net book(which I rarely carry) and an Ipod(which takes crappy pics) but most of the time I use my camera and ride home to post. As slow as this tag game and the valley tag have been moving, any tag is welcomed. Anyway, posting from the road cuts WAY down on brucings. ![]() I don't think Joe knows how to ride with two wheels on the ground.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. My Seat Concepts foam/cover just came today, maybe that will help me put on more miles to come that way to play!

Grab! 7 Fountains Rd. rt # also had a 7 in it.
![]() Sure enough, a duck and a fountain of light. I realize as I type this that the "fountain" of light was not just the little flashlight, but part of the damn clue, nice!

Tag,
In looking at the map I noticed a region sparsely tagged in this particular game of tag, that's where the duck is now. What do these things have in common: A former Supreme Court justice A portly home run hitter A book and character in the bible A "Hollow" And a "Fire Trail" Once you figure out the paved road, you need to find the very rough road that if taken all the way spits you out into the SNP at the saddle. This is a popular ATV/dirt bike trail. The tag spot is not far up the trail, but you don't want a street bike for this one. You have to get to right here: ![]() From uphill looking back down (my bike is facing the paved road I came in on, about 1/8 mile down) ![]() The ziplock bag containing the duck is behind that big rock behind my right hand mirror in this shot: ![]() Behind this rock, under leaves. ![]() I had a flat tire on this trail recently while tagging in another game. Anybody Bruce'd today?

Went and grabbed the Charlottesville tag after I placed the duck. 166 miles today with no tickets, no wrong turns, no accidents, and a lot of fun.

Grab: Ruth Hollow Fire Trail, about 1/8 mile up from Ruth Rd.
![]() Tag: A bit closer to NW Va lies a little village that starts with "C". There's a former elementary school there that the County no longer uses and is for sale. Just as you enter this village from the east (from a Scenic Byway) there's an intersection with a building on the left painted green. It has an "Antiques" sign on the front. Immediately before that building is a road on the left that starts with an "L". It's straight across from a road named for a house where indigent people lived. Tag is about 100 yards from the intx/green building. Bag with the duck is behind the large tree to the right of the steps, back side with leaves covering it.

Tag is about 2 1/2 miles SE of a village that starts with "S", same name as a country that's often in the news. The "Turnpike" that forms part of the above mentioned intx goes through that village also.
