Actually that zing basically IS a numbing action. It's a fairly young spirit, not like the Glenrothes, which is much more olderer and smooth like.

Well, I'm going to round off the evening with a measure of the Balvenie, 15 year old single cask. And it is very nice. Can't be bothered to try and put any better descriptors to it than that.

We should have a pie tour in 2013. A bit like that smoke chasing tour, but more casual. ie no money involved.

There should be points awarded for amount of pie places you visit. You should have to take a picture of your bike, in front of a pie place, and there should be a slice of pie in the picture as well.

To be honest, what I am getting at here, is that we should eat a hellla huge amount of pie next year.

I think that covers it, actually.
