LFD, Great looking Jawa! It's been more than a couple of days since I've seen one. I am in Leavenworth too, will need to meet up when the weather warms some.

Absolutely we can get out for a ride. My daily is a KLR. The little Jawa is a project I picked up to take to some of the local shows and probably Ralph Wayne's.

We have a small group of dual sport riders that ride together regularly. Anyone is welcome.

I heard that Ralph Wayne's was a thing of the past.

The other 10% are sociopaths , serial killers and KLR riders. You wont get much sympathy from them.

I hope not, not sure either. If Ralph Wayne's is done, maybe it is time to look into doing another one.

Anyone in the KC area know a cheap place I can get a 17" Honda Sabre rear wheel machined? I could machine it, but do not have access to a lathe big enough. When I was at KU in the ME dept, they used to have a big lathe there, but it's been a while. I am doing a build and need to machine the drive hub area a bit to get the wheel centered.

Thanks,
Jim

You could try K and L machine shop in Claycomo. 816-454-0932
Not sure they can do it, but if they can't they can definitely suggest someone.
