Well i just found out this morning i'm unemployed as well.
I'm playing with the idea of jumping on the bike & headin off for a bit of a tour of the country.

Word is,from where I deliver to,that they'll be re-employing from April and full noise again from about July...
Looks like a very late wet season too,happy touring

Thanks mate,alot of rumours gettin around.I,m actually waiting on an answer for another job which is looking promising so will have hang around i guess.

Join in at some point?

I'll see how things line up closer to the date, but depending on family I would love to catch up for a day around the goodnight scrub part of the ride. It's only 20kms away.

Some mad storms out this way, check out me mates joint at Inkerman between isisford and Stonehenge. That's a 6 ton Winnebago on it's side

mate im in longreach now & the storm is pretty full on.
Been doing the dinosaur trail in the 4by with the dog tenting it but not tonight,im in a cabin at longreach. &the storm sounds pretty angry.

You might not be going anywhere toomorrow, 70mm in Longreach in 1.5hrs. The Channels will flood, "Road Closed" . Jundah got wiped out today as well with a Spinning top!
