It really isn't as cold as I seem to make it look here in Yorkshire!! but it is snowing

Was meant to snow here in BC last night but didn't where I am.......trying to think of a reason not to go to work and just sit behind the computer with a coffee......

Just thinking about how the altitude affected Pyn the other day...I spotted Ceci last year at the Passo San Francisco Chilean Aduana sucking on Oxygen. This was around 12000ft having spent quite a bit of time around 15000ft, depending on the exact route this time of course, but they will be above 13000 for well over an hour. Could he beg some from somewhere or try a sports shop in Cordoba and get it to the bivi tonight? After that there's not much chance.

Top 40 is more realistic. He's having a great ride but many who started the day behind him are faster on the road. He's just through WP9, 15th on the road but more like 38th/39th on the day.
