Nobody (of the elite riders) changed the engine yesterday. We have discussed this option but everyone is afraid to put brand new engine in before three hard stages that lies before us. We have checked mine, it looks like new one. I'm satisfied with it.

That's quite a progress right there. When the 450 rule came, nobody thought they could do the distance - KTM even pulled out (officially) for a year.

Then everyone was apprehensive if they would make it till restday and now we have an Alien who wants to do it on one engine?
