A lot rests in their hands at the DSS, not least their life and livelyhood.
Let's be thankful we still have true heroes in this sanitised world!

Is KTM maybe trying to sell the point that because it was their motor they built, that was in the race properly scutineered from the outset, that there should be no penalty for Despres? They got lawyers, I can see them trying this tactic, dependent upon how the rules are written, in the french version.

The time was actually added in at bout wp4 but didn't show up in penalty column, but his overall was affected by 15 min.
