Easier to get something like this:

http://www.campmor.com/blackburn-mar...=%7Bkeyword%7D

I have the bicycle red flashers, but thought the reflective tape is required in addition to the lights.

As for the reflective tape placement, I thought the rules stated it must be applied in the inside of the moto jacket

Turn has been pretty bad the last few events, It's nice to see a resurgence in entries!

Predictions for this years SB....

1) Mike Gilkey
2) Bill Conger
3) Kurt Weigand
4) Luis Fig
5) Bobby Wooldridge
6) Scott Dorrer
7)Jack OConnor
8) Jim Roth
9) Braden Childers

I see a huge race between the folks in the 4th-9th position, expect some close stage times if everyone stays out of the woods and bikes keep running. If the conditions are dry, HP should be huge but if it's wet again, the little bikes should rain (pun intended) I don't think the conditions will effect Mike at all, unless we get an Earthquake or Hurricane.

10) David Jansen- Trasalp Dave goes like hell but tends to have a problem along the way. Will this be Dave's year? I hope so, He deserves a break.

Looks like a lot of new people this year, which one will be the ringer that will shock everyone? It's happened before!

No offense to anyone, just having some fun and taking a few educated guesses

HA! I have no idea where I'll end up and it's not polite to talk about yourself anyway

Where do you think I'll be?

Crank: Ahead of me, and thanks for the optimistic predictions.

Good luck to all.

This is the rule:

In order to compete on a stage, when the rider’s ideal start time is after 15 minutes before civil twilight the rider must have reflective material with at least 10 square inches on the front and rear (20 square inches total) of the torso or head. Additional material on the helmet and motorcycle is recommended. If the rider is carrying a backpack, none of the material covered by the backpack is counted toward the total. Example of acceptable material: 3M Scotchlite

Predictions

I'd put you in the top five Aaron. I wouldn't rule out Bruno Tome, Sarah Roth, David Jansen, Ken Anderson, Tom Jarret Jason Adams or Dan Curran from the list of possible top ten. I like my odds for top ten this year too though so I'm not rooting for them.

It's gonna be a close one I bet. Places 5-10 could be within 2:00 of each other at the end of the day.

I'll have to wait until I'm done with work today to put my full prediction together.

Is there a rule against using ADV to set up wagers?

P.S. - I'm in for the tent city camping. Any idea if we can do campfires over there?

I'm assuming you will use all your gears this year!...and that the Team Airhead trials riding practice is going to shave some time off those corners.

I'm using stage times, speed factors and bike HP to make my prediction. What do I know though, I've only done Sandblast 6x
Dan is coming off an injury, Bruno did pretty good but it was a small field last year. Ken should be in the top ten, no question. Jason has the talent but is on a beast of a machine, so not likely. Dave is a wild card.......

I'll be on my hopped up 690 with 70hp but I'll be doing testing for MX, so I'll have my rally stuff mounted, including rally tanks. My plan is to have fun and let all you heavy hitters chase the rabbit. Last year on the SE, I just rode for fun and had a great time. Didn't even look at stage times until the awards ceremony. It is what it is!

How is this for hot weather compared to the mess type.

Considering the core-saver, too. Less removal of jacket armor but better back pro and added chest pro...
