Finally, I'd prefer resolve my problem here and to continue my trip, but will ship the bike home if I have no other option.

Could have solved it day one if you would have added. "I recently added a new aftermarket stator."
It is common in trouble shooting to check everything that was recently done on the item whether you think it was done perfectly or not. New parts are defective too.

Take "red" paint pen....mark the bolt heads.

It's confusing that he had two separate threads going but he did mention the stator upgrade clear back in post #3 in the Trip Planning thread.
