Reviving this thread..What is the latest thought on the quality of the GPR rally 2 into 1. I have a hand me down via deadly99 and flanny that has reached the end of the road. The pipes have been welded many many times and the welder told me they were totally "crystalized" and brittle at this point. The GPR system is mucho $$$$$ which I am weary of spending if its junk. Thanks for any input in advance.

Thanks Pete. I now have confidence. Love your tanks! I can't understand why so many go safari and not aim towards a rally setup.

Year 3, plenty of miles and no issues, My swing arm is just 2 mm away from the pipe for the rear exhaust "Y" connection. Never did hit, its close but a non-issue.

O.K. I found a GPR system but it did not come with mounting instructions. How hard can it be? It is just some headers and a can... Well I easily mounted up the system but am absolutely stumped with the pipe hanger/support off of the passenger peg. Can somebody pretty plead show some pictures of this or explain it so I can move forward. I have searched every pic I can find on the net to no avail. thanks in advance.

Did you get the metal bracket that mounts under the pillion pegs? There is a gap between the bracket (when mounted) and the Y header pipe. Use one of the OEM mounting knuckles from the system you removed and you should have it sewn up in no time..
Sorry - I didnt take any pics when I did mine.
