I'll be on my hopped up 690 with 70hp but I'll be doing testing for MX, so I'll have my rally stuff mounted, including rally tanks. My plan is to have fun and let all you heavy hitters chase the rabbit. Last year on the SE, I just rode for fun and had a great time. Didn't even look at stage times until the awards ceremony. It is what it is!

Six times. That's all of them right? I trust your knowledge of this venue and all the associated factors. .

I appreciate your modesty. Running for fun does not equal taking it easy from what I've seen

Also, I'd like to reserve the heavy hitter monicker until I have 6 seasons under my belt. I still have to go to the new racer orientation after all

No false modesty here, I know what fast is...I've seen it and it's not me

Honestly, hanging out at the campground, joking around and cooking with Cuz Jim is the high point. Add the Huddle house, Brushy mtn, the Mexican joint and the racing as a bonus.

I hope to be at RWV this year and BRS, haven't done BRS for a few years now.

Hey: Mike's still trying to figure out which bike he's riding.

He got a new F800 GS, but dosen't want to race it, ( too heavy ) he dosen't trust the 690 and his 450 enduro bike dosen't fit the regs. I think he'll figure something out.

I'd like to see them compete too.

Well, it would be treat if he raced the 800, although I htink he wants to win, if possible.
Should be able to talk him into it on the basis of "where else will you ever be able to do that to this bike?"

Too heavy? Mike will probably make that bike look like a little 2 stroke bike compared to how some of us (Moi) ride one.

What is the 450 missing to be legal? As long as it had turn signals brake light headlight and a plate should be good. Is NJ one of those states that makes it difficult to plate a bike?

Possibly also a question of fuel capacity and gearing? Pain in the ass to change the whole setup, when I'm sure its been tweaked to run enduros quite well
