Sure, many have done it before me...so why not me.

Chores are done, let's have some fun.

Just some misc fun with two of my interests, motorcycling and photography. I a a master of neither, but that does not mean I don't enjoy doing them.

This is in Day Tripping..since it will be a combination of day trips...hopefully many of them.

I have a Cannon SD850is. It was a wedding gift from a buddy a couple years ago. Its a good little point and shoot, although it does have its limitations. Its what I got, just like each of my motorcycles, so I work with it.

This one here is to combine the shots, the bike(s) and the locations. Ongoing project.

I'll also add vids as I make some too. I really wanna get into setting up mutiple cameras on bike and making some cool little movies like that. All in due time.

So, today's adventure was just running around locally and finding some good locals for kicking this off. The first one is a small beach up the road from where I live and the second is a local historical village.

Playing with the color select function....theme for today.

I really liked the tire track in the sand.

More to come with future posting....at least as much as I can before the snow gets here.

Thanks for checking this thread out. I have been checking out your and Q's recent thread too.

This thread is not gonna be anything epic, but it will be the best riding and shots I can find in the tristate area. ;)

Going through some older pics from my first digital camera...an old kodak. A mere 2.0 megapixel.

These are from one of the first north NJ group rides I took park in...soon after getting my SV1000s.

These have been old shots...but hopefully tomorrow, I'll get out and get some new shots on a south NJ " mountain".

OK..as promised..an update. This is from a south NJ "mountain" I went to check out today. This "mountain" is something...since as you'll be able to see from the pics...southern NJ is about as flat as can be.

No bike in these shots, and no special places..but I was playing with the long shutter settings in the camera..here at the house.
