Would love to find out what those extra few hundreds of cc's can do for ya. Which brings me to mentioned point, I strongly feel anyone that plans to ride to start out on a trail bike first. You learn a lot without the asphalt rash. Dirt ain't that soft, but sure beats the alternative. I've told a few guys over the years, some listened, most don't. Excuse mentioned import, it's just a great memory.

I was thinking about Chrome Molly swingarm on a Road Bike I had an idea about. R100RS motor in a Yamaha R1 Frame with R1100GS swingarm. But went for the Adventure bike route. It does fit in . . . but the centre line of the rear wheel didnt line up

Correct. For what they cost, coming out of Canada, I wouldn't recommend them. Each side has a different shape, as can be seen below, the slots for the screen height are uneven, so when the screen is all the way down it is crooked, and the front had to be tethered to the dash to stop it flogging around.

With screen down it's not too noisy, but as it's been so hot here lately, I don' t know what it's like with the screen up.
