Have you been to Treasure Cave cheese store on main street in Faribault? Nice selection of cheeses. IIRC, it's a wine bar too. They also may carry them fancy oils as well! Not the manliest store in the world... just sayin...

I don't believe I have ever gone through a whole bottle of olive oil.....ever.

I despise McDonalds!

Last night for supper was an excellent baked, noodle and pasta sauce dish with home grown ground pork in it. It even had three cheeses on top! Mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan. The pork was unseasoned to boot.

It was so good that I brought left overs of it to work today.

The article mentions Sparks, which is by far our favorite new restaurant in the Cities. We go at least once a week. Highly recommended.
