Fitty was an original partner in Vitamin Water that was sold to Coca Cola for over 4 billion dollars. He stills owns the house. Saw a recent interview with him and in the interview they alluded to the fact that he has made a bunch of really successful investments. First time I ever saw an interview with him. Seemed like a pretty humble guy that has had some luck on his side.

I was wrong (way wrong) about him being a billionaire though...

that is not 50 cents place. But i am sure you could get 50 cents from one of the owners many locations.

Fifty's house has a guard shack in the middle of the driveway and is concrete if I remember right, besides THAT house is only a couple years old
