Nice day for a ride, and a nice turnout!

Good to see you Tulsa ADV folks again this year...

Should've been more Guzzis, but Marcia, Michael D, and I were representing!

Here are my pics and vids. Not going to do a ride report this time, so feel free to continue posting everything here. Thanks

Forecast for the ride called for no snotcicles, thankfully.

My plan to mount these buckets pannier-style didn't materialize...

Breakfast was good and we actually left earlier than scheduled.

Our ride out to AHR was pretty smooth, especially the first half. Incidentally, we toured numerous golf courses and municipal lakes.
Stopped at Claremore Lake for a BS session, field repairs, and to wait on OkieTrailBoss.

I was concerned about _cy_ and others with low ground clearance at certain points along the route, but all did well.

Newner decided to ride through a ditch and picked up some monofilament.

Much of the route after the lake was improvised, but turned out to be quite fun.
Arrived at AHR about noon.

Partial Group Picture

We had epic brisket, chicken, burgers, hotdogs, etc...

I only took a few pics at the afternoon trail ride.

Joe had a painful biff. We were there to mock and degrade him. Hope the shoulder is better, Joe.

I'm sure Rick will share the video, but I ended the day with a busted front fender. Amazing how much mud and debris is blocked by a fender.

My helmet looked like this when we stopped for fuel.

Fun times as always.

The "loot pile" at AHR is quite deceiving because most of us made cash donations due to the biggest need being hay. Throttlemeister and others were heroes for driving 4-wheel vehicles with hay and supplies instead of enjoying the days' rides.

I counted 24 bikes ranging from thumpers to Goldwings to Guzzis. The food was excellent and AHR were great hosts as always. Weather was perfect- sunny, calm, and warm.

Thanks for posting the pics Jason. I think everyone had a good a good time and enjoyed the great food. I hope the event was successful for Angel Horse Rescue.

Wicked Red Dirt Joe????

RDJ, what's up with your bike taking a nap in the middle of the day? Does it really take four guys to wake your trusty steed? Tomski, you look intrigued.
