The program added itself to chrome just fine but the TVN stream is just a rotating circle that won't play at the moment.

There's also supposedly two hours of live coverage on Chile's TVN beginning at 0930 EST.....but I have yet to find a working link/stream for it.

I must disclose that your post will be be printed, framed and placed in a prominent position next to my little trophies and the plaque I received last night (I had an award ceremony for 2nd overall in our little Rally Raid championship last night, lost valuable time in the last Special yesterday )

Here's to next year, and hopefully you won't have to move houses again and we will find ourselves cracking up at your excellent comedy recaps

Don't know if it's been mentioned since the finish, but Nicolas Boyer #127 on the Honda XR400 finished in 87th spot (just one behind Shoestring)... he is currently profiled in the Dakar Mag section on Dakar.com:

I've been a member for a while and I no longer ride, I pop in occasionally to have a read, but my favourite time is following the Official Dakar (F5) Thread. What a wonderful job all the main contributors do, have to single out TCS, Mischa, Packmule, Bluebull, Deadly99 as well as the members who are actually competing - and, I'm sure I've forgotten some people, apologies for that.

Living the Southern hemisphere and working nights, I've been able to follow the Dakar 'live' via this thread - that is until one gets to following the trials and tribulations of #150 - Luis Many's the time I've got up for breakfast to make a beeline to my laptop to see how Luis is doing, only to discover that, as usual, we're all waiting, waiting, waiting ....

It's a magnificent effort to finish the Dakar, at what ever level one competes at, so congratulations to all.

I have to offer an opinion about the Snooker Seriously, you guys had me in stitches, more than once, my poor suffering laptop has had coffee sprayed on it when I read one of those very hilarious commentaries on the pre-Dakar programme. I'm most impressed about the knowledge acquisition that occurred, ADVRider's snooker commentary started to rival the real thing
