Share haul? - Continental Divide Route

Some friends and I are wanting to ride the CDR this summer but live in Texas so we would like to haul or bikes to the Canadian border area and ride down. But when we got to the southern end, our truck and trailer would still be near the Canadian Border.

So I'm wondering if there might be some folks near the Canadian border that would also have a similar problem. So, I propose the following.

You meet us near the Canadian border. We unload our bikes from the trailer to begin our ride. You then load your bikes on my trailer and haul them to some point n the southern end and unload your bikes and head north on the CDR. We eventually arrive where you left our truck and you eventually arrive back at the Canadian border either close to your home or your trailer.

Does a plan like this have anyone's interest?

I'm thinking we would like to start at the north end, but we are open to a south-to-north if that works better for you. We could use your truck and trailer if you prefer. I know there may be some insurance details to work through, so for now, it is a proposed concept.

What say you?
