Drz 400 waterpump

So I took a hard hit from a piece of granite, which broke the drain screw on the pump cover. Obviously didn't shut it down quick enough to save the impeller. Where will those bits end up, what else do I need to pull apart to inspect/clean?

I'd flush out the coolant passageways, take the hoses off the radiators and flush the radiators as well.
