That's Anderson Lake, after all of the snow melted in the rain.
This one is from last week. Just a little bit past Jim Creek:

I saw someone out on Thursday morning (in the snow) on a bike with "training wheels." Looked to be a yamaha/suzuki standard bike circa 1985-1995. Really couldn't tell what it was (it was snowing hard enough to see...).
The setup looked almost like a full set of car tires in addition to the bike - not "trike-like" - but another set of two wheel just ahead of the rear wheel. Anyone on here? Looked awfully brave considering the road conditions, even with the extra wheels.. |

Training wheels?
That could have been someone with one of these kits
http://www.outdoor-motorsports.com/miscpage_001.asp It was written up on the hack site but it seems like it would't drive like a trike or sidecar but it is made in Spearhead SD. Maybe some of our more knowledgeable riders would know something about it

I know you were riding today because I heard some chatter over the local police radio about a red & white sportbike heading outbound on the Glenn from Airport Heights this afternoon.....
