Hey Tyson -- Yeah, man. Rubber side down. Some nice pics. I particularly like this one. Hope "The Backcountry Pursuit" works out well ($) and is tons of fun. If you're busy with work, just post up a few highlight pics. --- RRR.

Hey! I met you up at harmonica fest this year! I just bought a '13 Tiger XC, was hoping maybe you could give me some good reccomendations on some of the things I wanna do to it.
BTW: I had the beard and dreadlocks, had a few beers with you after I got done performing. -Brandon |

Gotta add this to my winter reading list. Picking up my Tiger on Xmas Eve, great Xmas present to myself. Will have my eyes wide open for every dry relatively warm day this winter.

Happy end of December! Life is good here. Dad had the 950 in tow and showed up in Boise on Monday night. We've been hanging out and it's good to see each other. Dad, Trevor, and I are spending Christmas together for the first time in years. After New' Years, Trevor and Dad are heading to Baaaaaaha on their bikes. I'll be staying in Boise to tend to my rockin' new company. And the Backcountry Pursuit is rockin. What a fun company this is to run! Can't say there's a bad thing going on in Idaho at the present. Hope you all are well and keep loving life.

Dad and Trevor are happily stuck in Baja though. Dad had to get his chain and sprockets replaced. I think its a conspiracy. Really Dad? Less than a 4000 mile trip and you had to replace that stuff? You planned to get stuck down there. I'll be back to riding later this winter/spring. If I can find some time between all the backcountry skiing, mountain biking, running a company, and skirt chasing. Very seriously considering selling the CRF and Summit to get a new mountain bike and kayak set up. Hobbes ain't going nowhere besides awesome trips with me. Don't you fret.

That's partly why I found it when I did. Winter has been really cold and snowy. Searching Idaho on the board digs up some dusty things for sure. Just helps with my trip planning for the summer months. Something to look forward to in a May.
Baja sounds so nice right now. I know you wish you were there. Quote:

Hey there!
I was just checkin' in to see how the adventures are going. Glad to see you out with your bro! And I'm glad to hear that life is offering you more than two wheel or skirt adventures...although those are usually more than enough. I was trying to remember if it was last year or two years ago when you showed up at my house in the middle of the night? The next morning the Tiger in my drive way pretty much shifted my paradigm. I think chasing down a Dakar was only about a half step up from the KLR though... I already want more but there are budget constraints!
Guess I'll have to go a few more pages back to learn about your business. I've been a somewhat similar pattern as you although mine is learning how to deal with working 40+ hours a week for the gubmint. I've been breaking in a fine woman to the back of the Dakar. She's a pretty good pillion. I don't know how to write up the ride report for the Baja run we did this summer...it was something of a debacle. No blood, no permanent damage, and next to no time in Mexico... Don't know when I'll get out to Boise...its just a little too far away for a weekend... Maybe see you at the ADV Spring Brake here for frosted mud season? I'm gonna need real nobs again...
