Just tarp off an area in the garage right around your immediate work area! ![]() Should be able to get the work area up to 70 easily? If it's a bullet style heater, they have a plastic fuel screw near the foam air intake, you can really goose the output with a little twist. the kerosene units give me headaches, I prefer the propane units. |

well, it almost did but it had a small nick on the side so there is a bit of fuel getting by, much better then before.
I'm gonna get a new one form Sudco, KTM only lists it as part of the float valve, they are under a $1 so I'll get a dozen :) I just never got around to ordering one since work suddenly kicked in high gear, last week had to stay past midnight few times, also with this cold spell I'm not even looking at the bikes this week. |

Further battery thoughts
Some dirtbikes have ignition run by a spinning magneto independent of the battery system If however Your ignition and or injectors are run by the electrical battery system then when/if the battery cranks less than 9 volts the electronics which controls them goes to sleep and your done.

Finally got the o-ring that works, matched up few but none fit well till I got one form Razee's today, not the KTM part as it only available as part of $90 rebuild kit, still it went in like butter (others were too thick)
New AGM battery barely cranks the bike, 5 series is suitable for a 50cc scooter not this 525 cc thumper, what were they thinking? "Ve mast zave veit at all cost!" but at least I got it started, rode around the shop for a while, no helmet or gear so it was a short ride and I froze my ass off. My first impression HOLY SHIT!! 3'd gear wheelies!! Can't wait to take it to the woods! |
