Bpg, glad you're still on here, do you still have that 2liter seat contraption or did you sell it with the wr? Would love to buy it or copy and return it. Xt225 seat is being considered by the US military as an alternative to water boarding for Afghanistan torture interrogation/intelligence gathering. ..

Anyone here ever ride the trail just before the intersection of Tilley Morris Road and Antioch Church Road? Looks like it goes back and runs some of the power lines.

I've got to test these tires out for NitroRoo and I need some dirt/clay/snot.

Huntington Dr is where the maps show it going to, can't see much beyond that.

Pretty nice for mid January!

Sure was nice to get out and enjoy it a little. Just a couple pics to prove I finally made it out for a change!

Carolina Adventure World Feb 2nd

So I picked up a KDX200 a few weeks ago and really haven't gotten a chance to ride it. Mostly because the local OHV is closed til March. I'm planning on heading to Carolina Adventure World on February 2nd (Saturday) for some riding. Anyone interested in coming? I was going to put out some feelers in the SC threads as well. If I get enough interest, I was going to start a thread in the SE regional forum. I was also going to call CAW and see if there were group discounts. ADVRider Invasion?

Carolina Adventure World Website

About 60 miles from Charlotte off I-77, CAW Google Location

CAW Feb 2nd Thread

Katoom119, come down and get your dirt fix. I'll cover your day pass since I still owe you for the free camping spot in the trees at RDV last year!

Sunday, Jan. 27th Adventure Bike Ride

JMforPres and I are planning to ride adventure bikes – he on his R100GS and me on my V-Strom – in the mountains west of Morganton on Sunday. The ride will include approximately 30+ miles of dirt/gravel roads up in the mountains near Table Rock and Linville Gorge.

For anyone interested in joining us, we will be meeting at the BP just off of I85 Exit 14, Bessemer City Rd/Rt 274. When you come down the ramp, turn left onto Bessemer City Rd/Rt274 and the BP is 100-200 yards on the left.

We are planning for a 9:30 AM kickstands-up departure from the BP. We will stop and get lunch somewhere along the route – most probably at Famous Louise’s in Linville.
