That GS course was so much fun I almost want to do it again. But I will spend that money on equipment for bike camping instead.

I am game to head out to wildrose mx park to ride around once it opens up again. Lots of fun terrain.

I did the very first one they put on a couple years ago. They brought in the instructors from the Monteal BMW dealer who were trained by the factory instructors over in Germany. They later taught the Blackfoot instructors who are now running the courses several times a year.

It is an excellent course and lots of fun. By the end of the day I was doing things I never thought I could with my F800GS. I'm really looking forward to my April trip to Rawhyde for the continuation on this training.

I'll definately go with you once the weather improves, and my bike is done with the winter maintenance. Valves, forks, fuel filters.

I wanna do it on a Friday as I don't work. Buddy at work is in too. He just bought a v-strom. So? Any consensus on meet night. Looks like a couple of nights don't work for people. Have to see what we can figure.

And yes I know Mondays are the only times but I'm an optimist something may come up. Or use an accrued lieu day.

It's never gonna work for everyone - pick a time and place and we can see how it evolves. I travel a lot for work, so it'll be hit and miss for me.

I like the coffee idea once its riding season, since I don't drink when riding. Besides, if we meet a Starbucks, I can ride the GSA and confirm all of Shibby's views on BMW riders

I hope this makes you feel better, BMW riders are not the only ones. Besides, Shibby was parked in front of a Starbucks with his Honda, along with the rest of us..

You probably should have picked a different coffee shop then, when you organised the meet. Bad, and overpriced, and served by pretentious hipsters no less....

This was not sent via tapatalk from my iphone 6.

The "scenery" adds nicely to the sub-par coffee. Hence my selection.

Hey, it's all good (said like a hipster). Now I just have to figure out how to put a star-field background in my pictures with some profound, unintelligible poetry overlayed.
