You got some skills. I don't think I'd handle my BRP as gracefully as you seem to manage on those rocky trails.

is there a road along the border from Sirea Vista to Nogalas or is it blocked by the base/wilderness. And is there a ghost town south of Patagonia. I might be in that area next weekend but not sure yet and I cant seem to find any of my maps of that area.

there are several ghost towns out there... lots to see.

as to the road... past lochiel (and before nogales) there is a section that is very very steep and covered in rocks the size of tennis balls. i tried it on an r1200gs and deemed it too dangerous to mortal man. Like "theres no way to do it except raw speed and the crash would be horrible" dangerous. i dont know whats past that section. you should find out and post pics!

It looks like I am going to turn south off of 92 onto Coronado Memorial rd, and that road heads west to Parker lake.

I am mostly looking for stuff I haven’t seen before, I like exploring back roads and trails, Dozers, mines, rocks, cactus, flowers and whatever. I have spent a lot of time of a motorcycle trials bike, I am not very fast but I can climb almost anything.
I have been through parker lake to Nogales and Patagonia to Tubac. I would like to explore the area more, if you have any ideas I am all ears.

On my drive to work this morning, (twenty six minutes of dirt) all I could think of was how good the traction was even in the one ton.

I think we still have more snow though . . . that's my daughter's car sticking out of the snow drift last Saturday.

I rode today. Crazy as a burning duck in a tornado. Now I know what a Walmart bag feels like in a hurricane. Tomorrow will be a cage day. I don't have snow studs for either of the bikes...

My wife got a severe weather alert on her phone about 1hr ago...Blizzard conditions until 11pm tomorrow...

Do they give snow days in the desert?

sometimes they close post if it snows at someone's mother's house on the east coast. does that count?
