ITs not the risers that are moving...its the rubber bushings that the bars and the damper mount to that are flexing...
(the two that go through the top triple)

I'll take that 908 off your hands when you swap on new tires.
I'm just down the hill from you.

The second thing it could be is that the rubber bushings are worn out. My bike is an 05 with 34,000 on it, and the bushings are not worn out. However, CJRacer makes a solid mount because these do wear out: http://www.cjdesignsllc.com/products...ount-bushings/ And make sure that that bike has a sidestand relocator on it. The sidestand is mounted to the aluminum case at the factory, and it has to be moved off or you will crack your case on day, so make sure it either has a relocator or that you order one immediately. I bought mine from Black Dog Cycle Works, but there are other makers out there.

Nice bike,
I was looking at it for some time. that front rim is sweet A60. I am 6-1 and I think that is going to be way to high, I would sell that seat and get some other lower seat but thats just me. did you get the bags from him too? B

I don't have any spoons here with me in the desert, but I'll be happy to take you up on that offer. I didn't have much trouble when I swapped out the scorpion on my old 950.

Tell you what- lets meet somewhere between us, like Anza. We can swap seats and ride a little. If we're not both happy, we can swap back.
