NSW Rego costs for a 250?
Scored 2007 TTR250 today in reasonable condition for doing a favour. It's currently unregistered. Would any NSW riders happen to know the cost of blue slipping & rego on a 250cc bike please?

Find the best price for a Green Slip (compulsory 3rd party) at
http://prices.maa.nsw.gov.au/ Blue Slip inspections are a standard fee. You have to find an authorised blue slip agent. Stamp duty is a fixed % of the bike's value. 1.5%? 1.25%? Or maybe they've bumped that up again?

Where do i move to get a $250 green slip? The prices for 250s went up drastically when they changed the capacity brackets.

Using that website the cheapest I got was $199 with QBE. Happy with that. Postcode 2820 possibly helps!

Interesting that bikes from 226cc to 725cc green slip prices are the same, since pricing restructure a few years ago. Same price for a greenslip for my xl600 as for a 250.Ive used qbe for years, always the cheapest by far. Greenslip prices have dropped heaps since last year. $200 cheaper greenslip this year for my 850 compared to last year.
