And I've been riding! Just rode down to the Rio Grande Valley this weekend. Had a great time, and the weather was great for the most part. Only bad thing was the wind was howling all weekend. Hell, it was blowing semi-trucks all over the road!

Most questions get answered and then some around here. My favorite response was the
difference in a chain drive over a shaft in doing a wheelie. Complete with the trigonometry
to back it up. Once in a while Dallara will get a little testy and tell someone to work on their
google fu. Normally he has great information and supplies the links to help others out.

It was warriorprincess that had the "masturbatory thoughts". I had no idea he closed his eyes
and looked at me as "an ugly old woman". Sounds a little odd, but what floats one man's boat
sinks another. I'm just glad I can help him get his buisness done. Ewwwwww.

If you want relevant info, you might check out the Super Tenere forum... Pluric is there too, along with most of the usual suspects, but there's a bit less banter and fewer 1000 page threads. Pluric has even been know to share relevant info! He knows a lot about wheels for example...

The DV Noob Rally looked fun, but I couldn't convince the wife to camp it, and there are only a few rooms at the Panamint Valley Resort. BTStayedThereBefore. Room prices are a tad steep, but the food prices are ridiculous. Armagosa is a better place to stay if you hotel, but it's not convenient for the event.

@Pluric - I liked your moto vaca shots better than the cruise ones. And I guess it's true what they say, KLR riders do get the pity f**#s after all.
